Orders & shipping

4. How do I place an order?
Add crystals to your cart and complete checkout with a United States shipping address. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay when those options appear for your device and browser.

5. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

6. How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after they leave our warehouse, depending on your location.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow the package.

8. Can I cancel an order after I place it?
If it has not shipped, contact us within 24 hours at phuoc.doanvan@phutaiquartz.com.vn or 985-390-679 and we will try to cancel it. Once it is on the way, use the return process instead.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Stones and formations should come back exactly as they arrived — unwashed, unworn, and with any packing material intact. Read the full refund and return policy before you ship anything back.

13. How do I start a return?
Email phuoc.doanvan@phutaiquartz.com.vn with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm next steps. You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

14. When will I receive my refund?
After we inspect the return, we refund the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days of accepting the item.
